It is situated next to the city park (Stadtpark) and the cemetery (Stadtgottesacker).<\/p>\n<p>The broad, flat-roofed two-storey building with Expressionist details is in the functional \u2018New Building\u2019 style. In front of the building is a rectangular basin. A caretaker\u2019s flat and public lavatories are integrated in the building. The corners of the substation are emphasised by a band of reliefs.
