The four-storey residential and commercial building on the corner of Neunh\u00e4user and Br\u00fcderstra\u00dfe is based on a Wilhelminian building which stood on the same site.<\/p>\n

It was designed by architects Julius Kallmeyer and Wilhelm Facilides in a moderately Modernist style. The building accentuates the intersection of the two streets with its Expressionist-influenced decoration. The horizontal arrangement of the stones, the bands of windows running around the corner and the shallow but very striking hip roof give the building a distinctive appearance.<\/p>\n
